These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SGE Audit Pro website, services, and reports (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, purchasing a report, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
SGE Audit Pro provides AI search visibility audits and reports for businesses. You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services to violate any applicable law, infringe on third-party rights, or abuse the platform.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Some features of the Services require payment. All purchases are processed through Stripe and are subject to Stripe's terms. Audit credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. Credits do not expire while your account is active.
Subscription or recurring plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account or by contacting us.
All content, designs, code, and materials provided through the Services are owned by SGE Audit Pro or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.
Reports generated for your account are provided for your internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish reports without authorization, unless you have purchased an agency or white-label plan that expressly permits it.
You retain ownership of any information you submit, such as business names and website URLs. By submitting information, you grant us a limited license to use it to generate your audit report, operate the Services, and improve our systems.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any business information and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results will be accurate, complete, current, or that any specific search result or ranking will improve. Audit reports are informational and should be used as one input in your broader marketing strategy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SGE Audit Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but provisions related to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or by email. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
